Increase dosage to 20 mg once daily after 4 weeks based on eGFR and serum potassium levels.
Tablets can be taken with or without food. If swallowing is difficult, tablets can be crushed and mixed with water or soft foods.
No dose adjustment is required based on the study data.
Avoid severe hepatic impairment. No adjustment is needed for mild/moderate impairment but monitor potassium levels.
